The point of ethnocentrism is they want to convince their culture is the best than others.
Actually, we must open our minds, accept other cultures, share the different ways of live.
To become a good people, we shall respect other people life.
The person who admit others culture as the way of their life will become a positive person.
The positive thinking will energize your work, increase performance, and build up a good relationship to others.
So, we can live in a solidarity and good relationship between others without any sense of ethnocentric that will create negative thinking...

we must know other culture...even in the same country,
contohnya bila bercakap ada yang tidak eye to eye, tunduk ke bawah...
ada yang tunggu orang yang lebih tua suap nasi dulu baru makan...
ada yang sensitif bila tuding jari telunjuk...
jangan cepat salah faham dan menghukum, namun berfikirlah secara positif dan rasional...setiap yang berlaku ada hikmahnya...
jangan cepat marah...jangan cepat persalahkan orang ini...orang itu....akan tetapi cuba semak diri kita dahulu...dimana kita sebenarnya???siapa kita sebenarnya???
jika kita baik hari ini...esok bagaimana???
